How I work

Clarity is the growth strategy.

Most products do not lose deals because they are weak. They lose because the value takes too long to understand.

My work is to remove that delay: find the decision the customer is actually trying to make, name the value in their language, and give sales, marketing, and the product a single story everyone can act on. Having been the business owner and the practitioner myself, I know what that decision feels like from the other side of the counter.

What I do

Product marketing, backed by lived industry experience.

Product Marketing

My current focus. I take complex products and make them obvious: sharp positioning, messaging that holds up in a real sales conversation, launches that land, competitive intelligence, and enablement that turns understanding into revenue.

California · Business owner

Beauty is not a category I learned from a trend report. It is a business I have lived.

Running a beauty studio taught me how professionals weigh tools, time, trust, and margins. Working directly with clients taught me that experience is the product, and retention is earned in hundreds of small moments.

Customer empathy

Recognizing the functional and emotional job behind a purchase.

Service economics

Understanding time, capacity, loyalty, referrals, and repeat business.

Trend literacy

Separating a meaningful shift in behavior from a passing aesthetic.

Owner mindset

Making useful decisions with real constraints and real customers.

Independent & creative

About

The whole view matters.

I make complicated products feel simple to choose.

Today I work as a product marketing manager for salon, spa, and medspa software: positioning, launches, competitive intelligence, and the enablement that helps a team explain real value in one sentence instead of five.

I got here through entrepreneurship, beauty, demand generation, and content. Each chapter sharpened a different lens: how people decide, how businesses operate, and how products earn a place in someone’s routine. I use those lenses to cut the noise, name the value, and build strategy that a team can actually run.
